Suzanne Elliott of Woodsorrel, located just down the coast in El Granada, is one of my favorite artists to pair up with, especially for our bi-annual trunk sales. Suzanne specializes in wild-crafted herbal body care products and leads year-round workshops on the traditional uses of herbs in all aspects of modern life. Alex Thompson at Pagoda Arts Laser Cutting Service in San Francisco has become a fantastic resource in my work. I work with Alex to turn my designs, client logos, and other emblems into stamps specifically designed to press into the clay and glaze beautifully. Using a precision laser-cut stamp for business logos on mugs, for example, creates a unique marketing opportunity for my custom work clients: since I design all my pottery to be comfortable, functional, and unique, it will be the first mug out of the cabinet every time, which means daily brand visibility for my clients!
